I aim to support my clients by integrating extensive project management experience with the academic knowledge I have developed as a researcher. At Fumi Consulting, we do not offer off-the-shelf packages. Every engagement is fully customized to address the specific needs of each client and organization.

Using a solution-focused approach, I work to improve workplaces in ways that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. By strengthening communication, productivity, and mindset, my goal is to help organizations achieve sustainable performance and improved business outcomes. I draw on disciplines such as organizational psychology, statistics, and systems thinking, combining them with hands-on corporate experience to help clients leverage their existing strengths.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time running around parks with children, watching animal videos, going to the movies, and discovering good food.

私は，30年以上に渡り，世界各国で人事開発コンサルティング，コーチング，メンタリングを行ってまいりました。
また，東洋と西洋のビジネスを繋ぐべく，1993年より中国で，2006年より日本で，そして2009年より，インド及びでコンサルティングビジネスを展開しております。
私のモットーは，常にクリエイティブで，迅速で，シンプルであることです。
また，常に，全体性を意識した問題解決を心掛けています。
私は，世界の国々の人々と文化，多様性を愛し，違いを活かすことに関心があります。何より，私は顧客のことをとても大切に想っています。
私は音楽と写真が好きです。そしてメアリー・ケイアッシュの次の言葉を大事にしています。
